College football privacy and advertising policy

Current advertising status

This site does not load Google AdSense or other third-party advertising code, and it does not request personalized ads. No AdSense publisher account or advertising privacy controls are currently configured, so advertising remains disabled.

Lucalley is intended primarily for a United States audience, but the site is available internationally. It is not geoblocked and does not use visitor location to restrict access. This audience focus is not a claim that ads are served only in the United States.

Information handled by the site

• Games, ATS picks and evaluation data are available without signing in. The team directory, team management, main team rankings, team-ranking details and ranking-algorithm explanation are limited to the verified owner account. Only the owner can add or edit team and game records.
• The site traffic counter stores daily aggregate pageview totals for public page paths. It excludes verified owner-account visits and does not store visitor IDs, IP addresses, cookies or individual pageview records. Collection begins when this version is published; earlier traffic is not included.
• Application request logs include a request identifier, request method, path without query parameters and response status. The application request logger does not include an IP address or request headers in those log fields. The hosting provider may separately process connection data under its own policies.
• The site stores a browser preference cookie named sidebar_state for up to seven days to remember whether the navigation sidebar is open.
• Before viewing ATS picks or evaluation data, visitors are asked to self-attest that they meet the minimum legal gambling age in their location. The confirmation is stored in this browser on the visitor’s device; the site does not request a birth date or identity document, and this check does not independently verify age.

Advertising, cookies and privacy choices

No advertising cookies or ad measurement tags are currently loaded by this site. If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to serve and measure ads. Google may process information under its own privacy policies and settings.

No advertising opt-out control is currently active on this site because no ads are being requested. Before any advertising is enabled, Google AdSense Privacy & Messaging must be configured for applicable United States state privacy rights, and the opt-out signal must be verified to reach the ad stack before any personalized ad request. Until those account settings and checks are in place, ads will remain disabled. If Google ads are later shown, visitors may also manage their Google account ad personalization through Google My Ad Center.

External services

The site may link to third-party sports data, rankings or other websites. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and practices. Clerk processes sign-in information for the owner-only workspace under its own privacy and security practices.
